In diesem Artikel stelle ich Dir eine Liste mit Tricky Words (gemeinen Vokabeln) und Ausdrücken zur Verfügung, welche mir in meinem Englisch Nachhilfeunterricht aufgefallen sind. Ich denke dabei nicht nur an false friends, sondern vor allem an Präpositionen, unregelmäßige Pluralformen und andere Stolperfallen wie zum Beispiel „es gibt“ = „there is“ / „there are“ und nicht: it gives (!!) Um etwas Ordnung in diese Sammlung zu bringen, habe ich die Tricky Words nach Klassenstufen und Lektionen sortiert. Daher findest Du hier ausschließlich knifflige Wörter aus der 5. Klasse. Diese Listen eignen sich somit auch sehr gut zur Vorbereitung auf einen Vokabeltest oder eine Klassenarbeit.
